Why do polyglyceryl-2 oleate and polyglyceryl-10 Caprylate/Caprate have excellent effects when used in cleansing oils?  Huayi Biotechnology currently designs a natural cleansing oil formula that does not contain PEG ingredients based on customer needs. Polyglyceryl-2 oleate plays a role in building a bridge in the formula.
