Glycerol Monopalmitate can be used as an emulsifier in bread, cakes, taro, moon cakes, functional foods and health care products;
This product is used for the preservation of dairy products and fruit and vegetable products, significantly extending the shelf life of food;
This product is used in baked goods to improve the quality of rice noodles.
Dosage: Mix the product with oil and grease and mix it, or add the product to water above 60 °C, stir and disperse and use. It is used according to GB2760-2014 "Standards for the Use of Food Additives", and the general dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
Storage: This product is a non dangerous product. The product has a certain moisture absorption, and it should be sealed and transported in the cool, dry and cool ventilation. It is forbidden to mix with toxic and harmful substances in mixed storage. Unopened storage period is twenty-four months.
